At one point in my career I worked with 90% women, and I just could not stand it. I could not undrestand why they just could not go into work, shut up and do their jobs. Instead it was constant drama, fighting amongest each other, hurtful gossip, etc. I definitely could have used more men in the mix. I agree with your point about men like dealing with other men.
